Cant install PS on seever 2003

Hi

I wish to install PS on server 2003 and the .netframework version currrently is version 4.0

I tried to install PS v 1.0 but I get the error message about .et 3.5.1 sp1 needing installing

I tried installing the windows manage framework containing 32 bit PS 2.0 but this repeats the same message & I though the managemwnt framework and .netframework 4.0 would satisfy all the prerequisites!

How do I install PS on server 2003?
