Get all AD active users export to CSV by OU

Dear all,

I need your help in orcer to export all AD users from AD by powershell.

I need to export to CSV with all info about the user like ( name, telefone, office, email, address, user logon name, Job Tittle.

I will have to create a separate spredsheet by AD OU ( I have at the rrot of AD countries OUs , so I need to split the scv in diferent files or spreedsheet by OU) , and filter by enabled & disabled account state.
