Get-Member questions

Get-Member seems not to list all the property/method of an object.

For eg -

$a = Get-ADuser -filter *  -searchbase "ou=test,dc=adc,dc=com" , Now variable $a has all the user account stored in Test OU.

Now If I do $a | GM -force -viewall , I am able to see only few of the property,

Where are the rest of the property ?  Like , HomeDirectory , Profile Etc?

I know , there is something which I am not aware of :)

Please clarify this
